I had tried to sell my home on my own. My mindset was what can a real estate agent do that I can't do on my own. After a few months on my own the answer came to me with one cold call from Chris. He called to offer me advise on my ad. There was something about our conversation that set him apart from the rest of the sales calls I was receiving. He really cared. I originally hired Chris to help sell my home as I knew him through a close childhood friend. Having gotten to know him pretty well, I was confident that he would prove to be a competent, hard working realtor. Chris actually exceeded my expectations. I had what you would call two very "challenging" real estate transactions. Somehow, he managed to keep both deals afloat. With his help, my wife and I were able to purchase a house that met our needs and fell within our budget. Through it all, Chris remained level headed on both a personal and professional level. Chris was very straightforward with us throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the local market and savvy negotiating skills helped me sell my house for significantly more than I originally expected. At the same time, I know he would have given me a reality check if my expectations were too high. The best interests of his clients were always his priority. His demeanor was that of a twenty year veteran in the business. I was truly blown away, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Christopher listed and sold our home not only once, but twice! We started the process of selling our house in the fall of 2015 and Christopher was wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgable, and always ready to answer any questions we had. We found buyers very quickly, went into contract, and started the process of looking for a house to buy (also with Christopher). Unfortunately the buyers were unable to secure financing and the sale fell through. We went into crisis mode as we were in contract to buy our next house.
